Positive: The hotel was built on the site of the former “Orle Gniazdo,” which I still remember from my childhood. The location is excellent – with a beautiful view of Skrzyczne and close to the little church on the hill. A big plus for families with children is the small playroom and the additional kids’ area next to the dining room where breakfast is served, allowing parents to enjoy their meal in peace. Another highlight is the bar, nicely situated by a large window with a stunning view of the mountains.
Negative: Things that could be improved – for such a large hotel, the pool area is quite small, and the adult pool was closed during our stay. Given the scale of the general renovation, a larger pool area could have been planned, ideally with an outdoor section offering mountain views. The hotel has great potential, but unfortunately, the view from the pool is limited mainly to greenery. It’s also a pity that the restaurant where breakfast is served overlooks the parking lot. As for the Italian restaurant with à la carte dishes – the food was not the strongest point, and the pizza was rather below average.
Summary: The former Orle Gniazdo in a modern style – beautifully located with a view of Skrzyczne.

Positive: The steak at the restaurant was excellent. The room was comfortable, with a great mattress, and the view from the window was fantastic.
Negative: A paid sauna? Who came up with that idea? This should be included in the room price – charging extra for access to a hotel facility is unacceptable. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked here. On top of that, you can hear other guests through the ventilation, and the bathrobe provided had a torn pocket.

Positive: Very comfortable beds, great views, unique location.
Negative: Breakfast was very crowded - not enough tables nor staff to clean them up. Be prepared to wait in queues in the hallway. Shape of the building makes for long walks between amenities, elevators are few and far between. Parking still costs extra.
